And here is Mega man's brother Proto man,each of his specials are from the robot masters but also from where he made his cameo*insert Proto man's whistling theme*

Ice Slasher-From Ice Man in Mega Man 1(or Powered Up),when he uses Ice Slasher he'll create a arrow of ice at his opponents which will recieve decent amount of damage,but doubled with opponents with fire aspect,and the percent damage will freeze the opponents

Gemini Laser-From Gemini Man in Mega Man 3,he'll shoot out a beam which can shoot forward,downward,or upward and if it hits a wall it'll bounce back and if any opponent got hit with it will be stunned

Tornado Blow-From Tornado Man in Mega Man 9,he'll use wind around him and blows it at his opponents,which only pushes them off and can also use it to fly him upwards

Proto Shield-His Signature from the entire series of Mega Man,when he uses his shield it'll block any projectile and physical attacks,however it leaves him vulnerable from behind,and he can also move around while he's usin his shield

Proto Shot-HIs Final Smash is him charging up his Proto Buster and then unleashes powerful shots which can give his opponents heavy amount of damage and then finishes with a one powerful blast

as for palettes,they are from(of course)the power ups he gets from the Robot Masters(and i don't know all of them T_T)
