Description
Inspired by own "You know who should be in Smash Bros"
i made up my own SSB4 Newcomer pic but in my version(which was many weeks back) cause i ain't that good to make a background.so anyway i did Hoopa "Loops in the fight",but anyway i'll tell ya'll the special move set of Hoopa
Up B-Teleport:Similar to Mewtwo's Hoopa can use it for recovery by teleportin,but the difference that Hoopa goes into it's ring and loops right back in if it's close to the arena.usually can outfool the opponent by even vanished the ring back to it and leave this face at it's opponents---> >:3
Left to Right B-Psychic:Hoopa uses Psychic to not just to reflect attacks but also to capture any opponent and send them flying depending how much damage Hoopa gets.
Down B-Phantom Force:Hoopa will attack in below before it strikes back up the surface,can be useful to dodge some attacks before hit somethin stronger right back at them.works just like Lucario's Double Team but depends on the damage that either Hoopa or the Opponent get
Standard B-Energy Ball:Similar to other charge shot attacks Hoopa brings out green energy out of it's hands and will unleash it out at it's opponents,but doesn't depend on how much damage Hoopa takes
Final Smash-Hyperspace Hole:Hoopa will use it's signature move at every one and the final Smash can even take out someone has a Starman on and will send them flying.no one is safe from this attack.
-Taunts-
Taunt 1-Hoopa will fly off screen and start messin with your screen which takes 7 seconds
Taunt 2-Hoopa will change the background of the arena into a random background and will change it right back if it get hurt
Taunt 3-Hoopa will just mock at it's opponent until they switch and waits for them to turn around.if not turning around Hoopa will just bring out dolls and use them to beat them until it throws the doll at it's opponent and cause a bit of damage at the opponent
-Kirby Hat-
When Kirby inhales Hoopa kirby will get it's hair,Horns,and rings on Kirby and get the Energy Ball Special

Snake-Colonel theres a little demon with 3 rings on it's horns and it's waist
Colonel-Thats Hoopa the Mischief Pokemon
Snake:Mischief Pokemon
Colonel:Yes Snake,this pokemon finds anything that it likes and pushes them to it's loop and teleports them to a secret place
Snake:Secret Place,you mean like an abandoned area
Colonel:Affirmative Snake,especially the entire islands
Snake:Entire Islands,thats impossible
Colonel:Not to Hoopa it's not when it reaches it's full power,so you better keep your guard up or you'll get looped into his lair

Snake isn't in Smash 4 3DS/Wii U, but there is a stage on the Wii U version that allows Pit, Palutena, and Viridi to exposit on the fighters.
Also with Bowser Jr. in Smash 4 3DS/Wii U, there is a possibility for more hovering characters such as Hoopa in future Smash games.
