Newcomer-Sceptile

I can dream for Sceptile to be in Smash Bros. so yeah heres my pic of Sceptile.

so here are the special moves(and i'll try to go to detail on with the customizations)

B: Dragon Breath-Dragon Breath does not got a strong fire power but it can stun the opponent once it hits them

Side B:Leaf Blade-Sceptile's Leaf Blade attack power is well balanced and it gets stronger when Sceptile is damaged.

Up B:Aerial Ace-it's Sceptiles recovery move,in the air it goes in 8 directions on air,on land it can't go in 8 directions which makes a disadvantage

Down B:Grass Knot-Sceptile,summons a knot from the ground,it's a pretty weak move but it can make the opponent slip when they land over it and it can stay there until the opponent land on it or Sceptile summons another one

alright now time for the customizations part 1

B: Dragon Pulse-Doesn't stun like Dragon Breath,but it got a excellent firepower,but if Sceptile uses it more often it'll shrunk down where the attack power weakens to where it cannot make the opponent flinch

Side B:Fury Cutter-it works like a traditional Slash attack but it doesn't got a good attack power like Leaf Blade and you can only slash twice at a time which is a downfall,but it breaks there shield in once slash(a little over powered)

Up B:Acrobatics-This one is a little special for walls when Sceptile uses this recovery moves to close up walls it'll bounce on to the walls which makes it a awesome recovery move

Down B:Leech Seed-This special works as Robin's Nosferatu but it's when Sceptile roots the ground with seeds and waits for the opponent to trigger it and when it does the vines will grab them and begins to drain them and for Sceptile to recover HP,but it's disavantage that the opponent will break free and they can dodge it quickly

customization part 2(this is where i done goofed on the Down B)

B:Seed Bomb-It's has a very good explosive radius and does a good amount of attack power when Scetile uses it,but it's disadvantage that dodging it will not set it off and Sceptile will get in the explosion instead if it's close(it works like the Smart Bomb)

Side B: Dual Chop-This one is has a good attack power and it can do a meteor effect when it got the right timing but the downfall is that Sceptile can use it once in the air if it ain't on the platform.

Up B:Razor Wind-unlike Aerial Ace and Acrobatics Sceptile summons a wind which can hurt the opponents when it reaches them(it works like the Villager's side b 3 but it can go in 8 directions)and it can only charge when it's on land to hit the opponents but in the air it can't charge(which does make it an advantage when your not out of the arena)

Down B:Grass Pledge-Sceptile can summon a gust of leaves,it does got a good attack power but it depends on the location of the stage for it.and Sceptile can uses it as a defensive measure(it kinda works like Greninja's Shadow sneak except it can go behind Sceptile and Sceptile cannot vanish).

Final Smash:Frenzy Plant(wait a minute,thats it's final smash instead of Mega Evolution,yes cause i don't want to over use the megas)-When Sceptile gets the Smash Ball,it'll summon some vines from the ground and begins to attack everyone even from far away which a powerful attack radius,and then vanishes after that

And now for the color palettes(and this was the best i can think of people so don't get me wrong)

so i hope you like these people,and i already did a Palutena's Guidance on the pic(and it doesn't make sense to me,but why did i wrote it though)
